Are there any setup fees?
There are NO setup fees for any of our accounts.
Can I pay with a credit card?
Yes, we accept credit card payments via our secure online payment form

Will my credit card be re-billed each month?
Yes, if you pay for your account on a monthly basis with a credit card, we
will re-bill your credit card each month. This saves you from having to
re-submit your payment each month and keep your account up to date.

would rather not be automatically re-billed each month, please send a
