Cleo and Nacho Design today announces immediate availability of enhanced
Customer Care functions to its hosted Microsoft Exchange platform,
including customer only login, dynamic knowledgebase and Outlook
Ontario, August 15, 2002 - Since C&N Design pioneered in August 2001 the
all-inclusive $10/month hosted package for Microsoft Exchange 2000, the
company has been increasing its customer base at a very fast-growing pace.
Ever since then, C&N Design has been committed to a never ending quest for
excellence with regard to service performance and effectiveness.
Effective immediately, C&N Design has released a set of functions
dedicated to facilitating the implementation and use of hosted Microsoft
Exchange 2000. New features include:
Outlook Configuration Guide and Wizard: A major benefit from hosted MS
Exchange consists of accessing e-mail, calendar, contact and task
management from the award-winning MS Outlook, with the ability of
synchronizing data between the Server and the desktops. Configuring MS
Outlook with Exchange, profiling a user for offline utilization,
optimizing the performance with Exchange can quickly become sophisticated
technical endeavors. In order to ease and automate this process, C&N
Design delivers, as part of the $10 package:
- the Outlook Configuration Guide: this interactive online tutorial is a
precious tool that walk the user through each and every configuration
task, depending on their version of Windows and Outlook
- the Outlook Configuration Wizard: in addition to the guide, the Outlook
Configuration Wizard is an executable program that C&N Design's users can
freely download and use to automate the configuration process.
C&N Design Knowledgebase: C&N Design's knowledgebase comprises a
collection of documents dedicated to helping our customers understand and
utilize our hosting services. Information contained in the knowledgebase
